💼 Klaws By Kay — Salon Policies 💼 Please review before booking to ensure the best experience possible. ⸻ 📅 Booking & Appointments • By appointment only – no walk-ins • 50% non-refundable deposit required to secure your appointment  ↳ Applied toward your service total • 10-minute grace period – after 10 minutes, a $15 late fee will be charged. At 15 minutes, the appointment will be canceled  ↳ Deposit will be forfeited ⸻ ❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling • Must be made 24+ hours in advance • Less than 24 hours = 50% non refundable deposit forfeited • No-call / no-shows = 50% non refundable deposit forfeited + banned from future bookings • You may reschedule once per appointment — additional changes will require a new deposit* ⸻ 🧼 Nail Prep • Please arrive with clean, bare nails unless a soak-off is booked • Soak-off must be scheduled in advance, as it requires 30+ min to service • I do not soak off work done by other nail technicians ⸻ 💳 Payments • Accepted: Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay • No refunds – all sales are final ⸻ 👯 Guests & Children • No extra guests or children allowed • Ensures a safe, relaxing space for all clients ⸻ 🛑 Health & Safety • Feeling unwell or showing signs of illness?
